You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify c44 promptly of any changes by updating your account information or contacting support at [email protected].
c44 is required to verify the identity of account holders. You will be asked to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which includes submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a National Identity Card — CNIC) and, where required, proof of address and source of funds. Withdrawal of Real Funds is not permitted until KYC verification has been successfully completed. c44 may request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes.
By creating an account on c44, you represent that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing c44 and participating in online gaming or sports betting is legal in their location within Pakistan. c44 does not provide legal advice in this regard.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c44 account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. c44 support staff will never request your password.

c44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any bets or transactions placed under your account prior to notification of unauthorised access being received by c44 remain the account holder's responsibility.
All deposits to your c44 Wallet must be made through payment methods approved and listed on the Platform, which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are as displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. c44 reserves the right to change supported payment methods at any time.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being subject to review and potential suspension.
Withdrawals of Real Funds are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to applicable processing times, which vary by payment method. Withdrawal requests will generally be processed within 1 to 24 hours for verified accounts, subject to standard fraud and compliance checks that c44 applies to all withdrawal requests. c44 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to investigate the account for compliance, security, or responsible gaming reasons.
All transactions on c44 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions applied internally. Where a payment method processes in a different currency, the conversion will be performed by the relevant payment provider at their applicable rate and any exchange costs are the Player's responsibility.
In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your c44 Wallet, you are obligated to notify c44 immediately. c44 reserves the right to recover any funds erroneously credited to an account, including by deduction from the current Wallet balance.
All bets and wagers placed on c44 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
c44 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was accepted in error; (b) it was placed after an event had concluded; (c) the odds or game parameters were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, irregular market activity, or other integrity concerns affecting the relevant event or market.
Bets placed on sporting events are settled in accordance with official results as recognised by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets, the results of PSL matches and international fixtures involving Pakistan are determined in accordance with the rules of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC) respectively.
Casino games operate using certified random number generators or live dealer mechanisms provided by internationally licensed studio providers. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages apply over extended statistical periods and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

c44 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit c44's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds where wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited upon account closure, whether voluntary or initiated by c44.
